1. Can I EFT directly into your account because I don't trust online payments?
    No, we are online for a few years and we use reputable merchants such as PayFast and PayPal
  2. Can I buy on credit?
    Unfortunately we do not offer any credits.
  3. Do you sell Gift Cards?
    Yes, we do! Please note. If you buy one of our e-gift cards, this is only valid to use online and will be sent to you electronically via email.
  4. Do you offer discounts for Salons?
    Yes, please email info@popsiclenails.co.za for salon discounts to be added to your profile.
  5. I have paid using instant EFT through PayFast and have not received an order confirmation?
    Please email support@payfast.co.za and provide them with proof of payment, the EFT option takes 24-48 hours to clear.
  6. Can I use more than one coupon/discount code?
    No, you can only use one discount in each individual order.

  8. My discount/coupon code doesn't work?
    Firstly, check that you're entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product.
