  1. Are your products cruelty free?
    Yes there is no animal ingredients in our products and we test our products on volunteering humans!

  1. Do I need all 5 Dip Essentials?
    Yes, all 5 Dip Essentials are required so that you have the perfect mani.
  2. What is the Brush Saver for?
    The brush saver is used to keep base and top Dip Essentials last longer. It is used as follows:
    • If your base brush has gotten hard, please wipe the brush thoroughly with a lint free wipe and place the brush in the brush saver for 15 minutes. Wipe the brush saver brush with a lint free wipe as well and place it in the base bottle and close so that the base does not dry.
    • After 15 minutes wipe both brushes with a lint free wipe (make sure they are dry) then place the brushes back to the original bottle.
    • Repeat for the Dip Essential top as well.
    This shoold be done if powder is on the brush or if the brushes are gone hard.
  3. Is the dip powder acrylic?
    Our dip powder formola has a small percentage of acrylates, which is a main ingredient in acrylic powders as well as vitamins and calcium. The dip powders are much finer than traditional acrylic.It is our best seller because you get the acrylic look, but without the damage to the nail and that is super light but durable.
  4. How do I apply the dip system?
    There are application videos on our You Tube channel as well as a detailed instruction under the How To Tab.
  5. Can I use monomer with the dip powders?
    Our Dip Powders are not purely acrylic based therefore it will not set with monomer.
  6. My Dip Base brush is gone hard, how do I fix and prevent it?
    To fix it:
    • If your base brush has gotten hard, please wipe the brush thoroughly with a lint free wipe and place the brush in the brush saver for 15 minutes. Wipe the brush saver brush with a lint free wipe as well and place it in the base bottle and close so that the base does not dry.
    • After 15 minutes wipe both brushes with a lint free wipe (make sure they are dry) then place the brushes back to the original bottle.
    To Prevent it:
    • In between application wipe the base brush on a lint free wipe or towel roll if any powder from your nail gets onto the brush before placing it back into the bottle.
  7. My Dip Top brush is gone hard, how do I fix and prevent it?
    To fix it:

  8. Why is my dip powder set is chipping on the free edge?
    9. The dip powder is too thin and the edges and sides are not filed properly causing it to crack and lift.
  9. Why is the top coat matte?
    10. You need to ensure that the seal protect is completely dry, then apply a THIN layer of the top coat. Let it dry completely (it will be matte at this stage) then apply another THIN layer of the top coat.
  10. My dip set is not drying and is rubbery when I file after applying the Dip Seal Protect?
    11. You need to apply one layer on all 10 fingers then start the second layer and so on, this gives he dip powder time to air dry. If the layers are done immediately then it won’t set and will peel off when trying to buff.
  11. Do I get an instruction manual with my starter kit?
    12. Yes, there is an instruction manual included in all our orders
  12. What are the sizes of the Dip Essential Liquid and the Dip Powders?
    13. The dip powders are 1oz/28grams each and the Dip Essential liquids are 15ml’s each
  13. Do you have samples of the dip powders?
    14. We do not have sample sizes because we know that you will love our products!
  14. How many sets can be done from one dip powder jar?
    15. About 10 - 20 sets depending on the length of nails and how much product is being used.
  15. Do I need a LED/UV lamp for the dip system?
    16. No, the dip system is an air dry system and no lamp is required to cure the product.
  16. Can I use the Gel Top Coat over the dip powder?
    17. Yes, you can apply the Gel Top coat immediately after the seal protect is applied after buffing, please note for the Gel Top coat a LED/UV lamp will be required to cure the gel. Ps. Don’t forget to seal the edges.
  17. How do I remove the Dip Powder?
    18. You may use the Popsicle Smart Remover Gel or soak in Acetone.

    3. Yes the base gel creates an adhesion between the natural nail and the colour gel polish.

    4. No, the Top Gel is a non-wipe Gel.
